Where do we start when talking about all the greatness of our pub?
Would it be the fact we’re less than a stone’s throw from Hackney Downs park (close right?!) or maybe the fact that when you step inside our pub you’ll be transported to an eclectic fairground setting where there’s a wall to wall feast for the eyes. We personally think it’s the fantastic locals who frequent our pub every week who make this the best pub in Hackney Downs, but don’t let us skew your opinion – come find out for yourself.
It doesn’t matter whether you take a seat inside or enjoy the great outdoors with our covered and heated seating area that runs around the pub – you’re sure to be one of our regulars in no time, or if you want to enjoy your beer in the park we offer takeaway cups! Make sure not to leave your canine companion at home – we’re not just dog friendly, we have a doggy wall of fame, offer free treats and once a year host our very own doggy show – move aside Crufts!

The Perfect Place for a Pint.
We may even have a few select celebrity locals who join us from time to time (we of course won’t spill the beans – you’ll have to visit us to find out). We put our success of being the best pub in Hackney downs to the great staff and the tasty food of our kitchen partners Planet Patty, who serve a selection of amazing burgers and the best Sunday Roasts.
