PFGT

Set up in Hackney Wick in 2014, PFGT is a pop-up and catering company that brings to the table decades of combined experience in fine dining, street food, food consultancy, event management and food publishing. We really like to put our hearts into the jobs we’re tasked with, and as chefs we like our food to be: Seasonal and eco-sustainable. Tailored to customers’ desires and needs. Faithful to trends but shying away from being uppity or using, I don’t know, slippers for plates. Fab-looking People and organisations we’ve worked with have dug it.

One last thing. PFGT stands for Pretty F*cking Good Toast. I know, sorry. But we really like toast. Especially with Marmite.
